本文从颗粒材料水力学的基本概念出发,提出了均匀颗粒砂层的冲洗功率,推导出其计算式,求得了冲洗均匀颗粒砂层时,使孔隙比为0.74将有最大冲洗功率。 一般生产滤池采用非均匀砂层。计算其最佳膨胀率应使截泥最大的表层砂获得最大冲洗功率,即孔隙比达到0.74,从而取各层的平均值。可求得某一砂层的最佳膨胀率为52%,而粒径较大的砂层则可小些。 建议设计滤池冲洗水强度时,以表层砂孔隙比达到0.74为准。
In this paper, starting from the basic concepts of the granular material hydraulics, the flushing power of the uniform granular sand layer is proposed, the calculation formula is deduced, and the maximum flushing power is obtained when the uniform particle sand size is used to obtain a void ratio of 0.74. General production filter tank uses non-uniform sand layer. Calculating its optimum expansion rate should maximize the flushing power of the topsoil with the largest interception of mud, ie, the void ratio reaches 0.74, so as to obtain the average value of each layer. The optimum expansion rate for a given sand layer is 52%, while the sand layer with a larger particle size can be smaller. It is suggested that when designing the filter washing water strength, the pore ratio of surface sand should be 0.74.
