我院现有的医科达直线加速器,按照放射治疗防护安全监测的要求在放射照射治疗室内安装有全景安全视频监控,但该视频监控无法实现近距离照射野方向观视照射野的投影适形界定线,以及等中心线对位等情况。若适形界定线有误差、等中心线对位有误差或治疗照射时患者移动,则对患者带来不可预料的痛苦,所以放射照射治疗的靶区对位必须100%准确无误,这既要医技人员有高度的责任心,同时也需要放射治疗管理持续改进,也是放射治疗防护监测技术创新
