研究了TA2、TC1、TC4钛板在550~750℃、不同初应力及预应变条件下的短时应力松弛。实验结果表明,试验材料的应力松弛非常符合下列松弛方程σ=σ_0-sln(1+vt),其中s,v为松弛系数。本实验结果对正确拟定钛板零件热校形工艺具有一定的参考价值。
The short-time stress relaxation of TA2, TC1 and TC4 titanium plates at 550-750 ℃ under different initial stress and pre-strain was studied. The experimental results show that the stress relaxation of the test material is in good agreement with the following relaxation equation σ = σ_0-sln (1 + vt), where s and v are relaxation coefficients. The results of this experiment have certain reference value for the correct preparation of the thermosetting process of titanium plate parts.
