In May 1994, the history of South Africa opened a new chapter in the establishment of a government of national unity led by Mandela’s “National Assembly of South African Africans” (ANC), thus ending over 300 years White racist rule, bringing a new life to the country. South Africa is a major economic power in Africa with an area and a population of 4% and 6% of the total in Africa, while its GDP accounts for 30% of the total in Africa. Manufacturing accounts for 40% and trade accounts for more than 20%.
