磁性金属有机骨架材料具有增加药物靶向性的特点。实验以六水合氯化铁、乙酸钠、N-N二甲基甲酰胺、1,3,5-苯三甲酸为原料,通过水热法制备Fe_3O_4@MOF-199材料,采用电镜法进行表征。以得到的材料作为载体,负载药物环丙沙星,以负载量为主要评价指标,通过分光光度计检测。结果表明:在pH=5,溶液初始浓度为25 mg/g,载体材料添加量为5 mg,饱和负载量达到9.75 mg/g。
Magnetic metal-organic framework material has the characteristics of increasing drug targeting. The Fe_3O_4 @ MOF-199 material was prepared by hydrothermal method using ferric chloride hexahydrate, sodium acetate, N-dimethylformamide and 1,3,5-benzenetricarboxylic acid as starting materials, and characterized by electron microscopy. The resulting material as a carrier, drug loading ciprofloxacin, the load as the main evaluation index, by spectrophotometer detection. The results showed that when pH = 5, the initial concentration of the solution was 25 mg / g, the amount of the carrier material was 5 mg and the saturated load was 9.75 mg / g.
