英语作为一门国际通用语言,在当今的社会中发挥着越来越重要的作用。近年来我国海外企业飞速发展,对高素质的英语人才的需求越来越大。为了满足当下对高素质的英语人才的需要,同时解决中国的海外企业在国外发展的尴尬现象,高校必须对自己的教学理念、课程设置、教学方法等方面进行调整。就当前的情况来看,最为有效的方法就是在英语课程中加入提高学生跨文化意识和跨文化交际能力培养的内容,让学生们认识到跨文化交际在现实应用中的重要性,进而深入了解西方文化知识。
As an international lingua franca, English plays an increasingly important role in today’s society. In recent years, the rapid development of China’s overseas enterprises, the demand for high-quality English talents more and more. In order to meet the current need for high-quality English-language professionals and solve the awkward situation in which Chinese overseas enterprises are developing abroad, colleges and universities must make adjustments to their teaching philosophy, curriculum, and teaching methods. The current situation, the most effective way is to join the English curriculum to improve students’ cross-cultural awareness and intercultural communication skills training content, so that students recognize the importance of intercultural communication in the practical application, and then in-depth understanding Western cultural knowledge.
