设计标准、规范是进行工程建设勘察、设计和施工的重要依据之一,为了适应基本建设形势发展的需要,国家基本建设委员会组织有关部门编制的《工业与民用建筑工程地质勘察规范》、《供水水文地质勘察规范》和《工程测量规范》,在华主席、党中央抓纲治国的战略决策的指引下,经有关单位的共同努力,将陆续编制完成,审批颁发。为了更好地配合贯彻执行新规范,根据国家建委的指示,在本刊上开辟“设计标准规范工作动态”勘察部分专栏,将上述规范的编制情况,主要问题的调查研究报告,执行中应注意的问题,以及规范的管理、科研工作动态等,陆续向读者进行介绍和报道。
