在疫苗生产实践中,细菌污染是影响疫苗质量和产量的关键性因素,笔者通过了两年左右的时间,选取正常生产中零星细菌污染的细胞培养瓶、病毒培养瓶及收毒污染样品等共703份,进行细菌学检查,并对造成污染的主要细菌种类进行了各种抗菌药物的耐药性实验,结果表明:①我所脊灰疫苗生产中主要的污染威胁来自环境中的葡萄球菌,潜在威胁是杆菌和链球菌;②强力霉素、林可霉素、配方2、噻孢霉素钠盐、庆大霉素、新霉素、金霉素和红霉素等抗生素对目前引起污染优势细菌-葡萄球菌有明显的抑菌效果,可作为疫苗生产后备抗菌手段参考
