前些日子,山东某两家印刷机械制造企业因为技术侵权纠纷而闹上法庭,如此这样的案件在行业内外已经屡见不鲜。但当笔者耳闻这桩涉及企业关键技术的侵权案,缘于其中一家企业的技术骨干的跳槽,便颇有些感慨目前印刷业的人才安全了。事实上,伴随着人才流动产生的人才安全问题并不新鲜:核心机密泄露、关键技术被盗取、重要客户资源流失,这些都让大小印刷企业的老总叫苦不迭。如何才能使人才的知识、技能和经验成为公司的长期财富?如何才能让到手的智力资源不流失呢?
A few days ago, two printing machinery manufacturing enterprises in Shandong went to court because of disputes over technology infringement. Such cases have been uncommon both inside and outside the industry. However, when I heard about this infringement case concerning the key technologies of enterprises, due to the technical backbone of one of them, the job-hopping feeling was somewhat mixed with the current job safety of the printing industry. In fact, the problem of talent safety caused by the flow of talents is not new: the disclosure of core secrets, theft of key technologies and the loss of important customer resources all make the CEOs of large and small printing companies complain bitterly. How to make the knowledge, skills and experience of talents become the company’s long-term wealth? How to let the hand of intellectual resources do not drain it?
