公诉一体化是检察机关领导体制和检察一体化原则在公诉工作中的内在要求和具体体现,通过建立公诉一体化机制,达到强化公诉工作的上下领导、横向配合和对外协调,形成检察机关公诉工作的的整体合力。随着珠三角区域经济的一体化的不断发展,要求检察机关能够为经济发展提供坚强、有力的法治保障,珠三角公诉一体化的发展,有利于有效的整合公诉资源、提高办案质量、提高诉讼效率,实现强化法律监督职能,维护法律统一。本文从公诉角度出发,结合珠三角公诉工作的实践和现实情况,从公诉一体化的原则、目的、措施等方面探讨珠三角实现公诉一体化的机制。
The integration of public prosecutions is the inherent requirement and embodiment of procuratorial organs ’leadership system and prosecutorial integration principle in public prosecution work. Through the establishment of public prosecutorial integration mechanism, the procuratorial organs’ public prosecutions can be formed through horizontal coordination and external coordination The overall synergy. With the continuous development of regional economic integration in the Pearl River Delta, the procuratorial organs are required to provide a strong and powerful legal guarantee for economic development. The integration of public prosecutions in the PRD is conducive to the effective integration of public prosecutorial resources, improvement of case handling and litigation Efficiency, to strengthen the legal supervision functions, safeguarding the unity of law. In this paper, from the perspective of public prosecution, combining with the practice and reality of the prosecutorial work in the Pearl River Delta, this paper discusses the mechanism of realizing the integration of public prosecutions in the PRD from the aspects of the principle, purpose and measures of the prosecution integration.
