目的建立鸡血藤Spatholobus suberectus的HPLC指纹图谱分析方法,为其质量控制提供依据。方法采用ZORBAX SB-C18柱(150 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),以乙腈(A)-0.2%磷酸水溶液(B)为流动相进行梯度洗脱,体积流量为1 mL/min,检测波长260 nm,柱温为30℃。并运用聚类分析和主成分分析对鸡血藤指纹图谱进行模式识别研究。结果建立了鸡血藤药材HPLC指纹图谱的共有模式,确定35个共有峰,并根据对照品指认6个共有峰。17批药材的相似度分析结果与聚类分析、主成分分析结果基本一致。结论 HPLC指纹图谱结合聚类分析、主成分分析可以快速、高效地评价不同产地鸡血藤药材的质量差异。
OBJECTIVE To establish HPLC fingerprinting method of spatholobus suberectus to provide basis for its quality control. Methods The gradient elution was carried out on a ZORBAX SB-C18 column (150 mm × 4.6 mm, 5 μm) using a mobile phase of acetonitrile-A 0.2% phosphoric acid (B) as the mobile phase at a flow rate of 1 mL / min and a detection wavelength of 260 nm The column temperature was 30 ℃. Cluster analysis and principal component analysis were used to study the pattern recognition of Jixiatang fingerprints. Results The common mode of HPLC fingerprinting of Jixueteng herb was established, 35 common peaks were identified, and 6 common peaks were identified according to the reference substance. The results of similarity analysis of 17 batches of medicinal materials are basically the same as those of cluster analysis and principal component analysis. Conclusion HPLC fingerprinting combined with cluster analysis, principal component analysis can quickly and efficiently evaluate the quality differences of Jixueteng herbs from different areas.
