目的:分析伴肌酶增高的甲状旁腺功能减退症患者肌酶增高的相关因素和特点。方法:回顾性分析27例肌酶增高和39例肌酶正常的甲状旁腺功能减退症患者临床资料。结果:肌酶增高组与肌酶正常组在年龄、性别、病程、甲状旁腺激素水平、病因方面均无差别(P>0.05),肌酶增高组患者血清钙浓度明显低于肌酶正常组(P<0.01);肌酶增高患者血清肌酸激酶(CK)和乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)明显增高(P<0.01);经补钙治疗,肌酶增高组患者血清肌酶水平逐渐降至正常。结论:甲状旁腺功能减退症患者血清钙浓度降低导致肌酶增高。
Objective: To analyze the related factors and characteristics of muscle enzymes in patients with hypoparathyroidism with increased muscle enzymes. Methods: A retrospective analysis of 27 patients with elevated muscle enzymes and 39 cases of normal muscle enzymes in patients with hypoparathyroidism clinical data. Results: There was no difference in the age, sex, duration of disease, parathyroid hormone level and etiology in the group of muscle enzymes and normal muscle enzymes (P> 0.05). The level of serum calcium in patients with increased muscle enzymes was significantly lower than that in normal muscle enzymes group (P <0.01) ). Serum creatine kinase (CK) and lactate dehydrogenase (LDH) in patients with elevated muscle enzymes were significantly increased (P <0.01). Serum creatinine levels gradually decreased to normal after calcium supplementation. Conclusion: The decrease of serum calcium concentration in patients with hypoparathyroidism leads to the increase of muscle enzymes.
