80只大鼠分为对照组、单剂人绒毛膜促性腺激素(hCG)注射组、隔3d双剂hCG注射组及多剂hCG注射组。hCG剂量为100IU,分别在处理后第1、3、5、7、10d分批处死动物,测定血中hCG水平及睾丸组织的125I-hCG结合位点。结果hCG在注射24h达高峰,72h下降至检测水平以下,连续多剂组则持续在高水平。hCG注射后促黄体生成素/hCG的结合位点只为对照组的0.62%。单剂组的hCG结合率10d恢复至正常水平。双剂组再次注射后第10d恢复至84.4%,而连续多剂组一直处于低水平(0.7%~1.4%)。提示hCG不宜连续注射。
Eighty rats were divided into control group, single-dose human chorionic gonadotropin (hCG) injection group, 3d double-dose hCG injection group and multi-dose hCG injection group. The hCG dose was 100 IU. Animals were sacrificed on the 1st, 3rd, 5th, 7th and 10th day after the treatment, respectively. The levels of hCG in blood and the 125I-hCG binding sites in testis were measured. Results The peak of hCG peaked at 24 hours after injection and dropped below the detection level at 72 hours, while continuous multi-dose group continued at a high level. The luteinizing hormone / hCG binding site after hCG injection was only 0.62% of the control group. The single-dose group of hCG binding rate of 10d returned to normal levels. Two-dose group re-injection after the first 10d returned to 84.4%, while the continuous multi-dose group has been at a low level (0.7% to 1.4%). Tips hCG should not be injected continuously.
