该文针对泉州市饮用水源—北渠采用长距离明渠输水存在的安全隐患问题,提出北渠封闭输水改造的必要性。根据北渠下游沿线水量分配及饮用水源取水情况,提出北渠封闭输水改造采取饮用水源与其它水源分流的规划方案,饮用水源采取封闭式输水方式,其它水源采取开敞式渠道输水方式;分期分片区考虑北渠饮用水源全封闭输水改造,即分洛阳江以南中心城区及洛阳江以北城郊片区,近期规划实施金鸡拦河闸~第三水厂北渠饮用水源封闭输水改造,解决洛阳江以南中心城区饮用水源安全问题,远期规划由山美~惠女水库引调水工程解决洛阳江以北城郊片区饮用水源安全问题。
This paper aims to solve the potential safety problems of using drinking water from long-distance open channel in Quanzhou drinking water source-North Canal, and puts forward the necessity of retrofitting closed water diversion in North Channel. According to the distribution of water along the downstream of Beikou and the water intake of drinking water sources, a plan for closed drinking water supply of Beikou to take drinking water source and divert water from other water sources is put forward. Drinking water sources adopt closed water conveyance and other water sources adopt open channels Water diversion; staged Fengyun consider Beikuan drinking water source closure of water transformation, that is, the central city of Luoyang south of Luoyang and north of the suburbs of the area, the recent implementation of the Jinjian Barrier - Third Waterworks North Canal drinking Water closed water transfer transformation to solve the central city of Luoyang south of drinking water source safety issues, the long-term planning by the United States and the United States benefits women reservoir diversion project to address the northern suburbs of Luoyang River drinking water source safety issues.
