线切割加工是当前主要的零件加工方式之一,其强调了加工技术的精密性。此外,这种加工技术还具有多种优势,主要表现为加工变形小、自动化程度高。这种加工技术无需特定电极支撑,就能够达到较高的加工精度,适用于一些加工难度较大的航空发动机零件制作方面。本文通过分析线切割加工工艺的基本原理,进而探讨了这种加工工艺在航空发动机零件加工中的具体应用。
Wire cutting is currently one of the main parts processing methods, which emphasizes the precision machining technology. In addition, this processing technology also has many advantages, mainly for the processing of small deformation, high degree of automation. This processing technology without specific electrode support, we can achieve high processing accuracy, suitable for some difficult processing of aero-engine parts production. This paper analyzes the basic principle of wire cutting process, and then discusses the processing technology in the processing of aero-engine parts in the specific application.
