目的对比分析前列地尔注射液与复方丹参注射液治疗糖尿病足的治疗效果。方法选择2012年1月—2016年12月在北京市昌平区中西医结合医院进行诊治的糖尿病足患者210例,随机分为3组,每组各70例。A组单独采用前列地尔注射液治疗,B组单独采用复方丹参注射液治疗,C组采用前列地尔注射液与复方丹参注射液中西医结合治疗,比较3组的临床治疗效果,治疗前后的血脂水平、尿素氮、肌酐、β2微球蛋白以及尿微量白蛋白水平。结果 C组的有效率为92.86%(65/70),明显高于A组和B组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后3组的三酰甘油(TG)、总胆固醇(TC)和低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)水平均明显降低,高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)水平均明显升高,同组治疗前后比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);且C组与其他两组比较变化更为明显,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后3组的尿素氮、肌酐、β2微球蛋白以及尿微量白蛋白水平均明显降低,同组治疗前后比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);且C组与其他两组比较降低更为明显,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论前列地尔注射液与复方丹参注射液中西医结合治疗对糖尿病足具有显著的临床治疗效果,安全有效,值得应用推广。
Objective To compare the therapeutic effect of alprostadil injection and compound salvia miltiorrhiza injection on diabetic foot. Methods A total of 210 diabetic foot patients diagnosed and treated at the Integrative Medicine Hospital of Changping District in Beijing from January 2012 to December 2016 were randomly divided into 3 groups with 70 cases in each group. Group A was treated with alprostadil alone, group B was treated with compound Danshen injection alone, group C was treated with alprostadil injection and compound Danshen injection with traditional Chinese and western medicine, and the clinical effects were compared between the three groups Blood lipid levels, urea nitrogen, creatinine, β2-microglobulin and urinary microalbumin levels. Results The effective rate of group C was 92.86% (65/70), which was significantly higher than that of group A and group B (P <0.05). After treatment, the triglyceride (TG) and total cholesterol TC, LDL-C, and HDL-C were significantly lower than those before treatment (P <0.05). And C group and other two groups more obvious changes, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). After treatment, the levels of urea nitrogen, creatinine, β2 microglobulin and urine microalbumin were significantly decreased in the three groups (P <0.05), and the difference between the C group and the other two groups was even more significant For obvious, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion Alprostadil injection and compound Danshen injection in the treatment of diabetic foot have significant clinical effect, which is safe and effective and should be applied and popularized.
