在偏高岭土地聚合物中分别外掺0~30%石灰石粉制备偏高岭土-石灰石地聚合物,研究石灰石粉掺量对地聚合物工作、力学性能的影响。结果表明:15%石灰石粉掺量能够明显改善地聚合物的扩展度但同时浆体粘度随掺量提高而增加;石灰石粉延缓了地聚合物早期强度发展,但对后期强度无明显副作用。
The metakaolin-limestone geopolymer was mixed with 0-30% limestone powder in the polymer of metakaolin so as to study the effect of limestone powder content on the working and mechanical properties of the geopolymer. The results show that: the content of 15% limestone powder can obviously improve the degree of expansion of polymer; meanwhile, the viscosity of slurry increases with the increase of dosage. Limestone powder retards the early strength development of geopolymer, but has no obvious side effect on late strength.
