目的探讨大学生交流恐惧与心理适应性之间的关系。方法从某所综合性大学随机抽取两个班学生,采用交流恐惧自陈量表及青少年心理适应性量表对其进行测评,有效参与者共71名,并对收集的数据进行相关性分析。结果从总体上看,大学生交流恐惧程度与心理适应性呈负相关。结论大学生交流恐惧与心理适应性之间的关系密切。
Objective To explore the relationship between college students’ communication fear and psychological adaptability. Methods Two classes of students were randomly selected from a comprehensive university. The students were assessed using the Communicative Fear Checklist and Adolescent Psychological Adaptability Scale. A total of 71 valid participants were selected and the data collected were analyzed. Results Overall, there is a negative correlation between the degree of fear of communication among college students and psychological adaptability. Conclusion There is a close relationship between college students’ fear of communication and psychological adaptability.
