原发性附睾肿瘤较罕见。我院自1975年至1983年共收治原发性附睾肿瘤7例,均属良性,现报告如下。讨论原发性附睾肿瘤大多为良性,约占72.5～87.5%。国内l1篇报道28例中,良性23例(82.1%),恶性5例。本组7例均为良性。附睾肿瘤组织发生学,目前各学者的意见尚有分岐。一般认为发生于间皮、午非氏管,苗勒氏管的残余组织、胚胎组织、附睾固有组织和一般组织。附睾肿瘤中,以平滑肌瘤和腺样瘤为多见。国内28例中,平滑肌瘤18例,占64.3%,腺样瘤5例。本组7例中,平滑肌 Primary epididymal tumors are rare.
