我厂生产的ZL40、ZL50装载机,其后车架大梁结构为箱形结构,长2.7m,断面尺寸见图1。每个后车架有两件大梁,大梁一端插入后铰接架两翼内,被包容,因此外轮廓尺寸250mm×94mm为控制尺寸。尺寸94mm由件3、4机加工铣边得到控制,尺寸250mm由夹具控制。一侧为固定定位块1。另一侧为活动定位块2(见图2)。组合件1时,为保证焊接坡口尺寸12mm。以往采用一侧定位方法(见图2)。此方法只能保证一侧坡口尺寸12mm,但件1宽度因为气割是下料件。尺寸公差大,工艺尺寸定为226±1.5,即可能会出现224.5~227.5。若是224.5,另一侧坡口就是13.5,竖板与水平板只有0.5搭接,焊接时难度大,打底焊常烧穿。因此常要调整规范打底,焊接效率低;若是件1下
