阅读提示:中国当前推进经济治理现代化,就是要通过深化经济体制改革,降低强制性行政命令的作用程度和频率,同时吸收多元主体共同参与经济治理。中国长期以来缺少对制度设计中法律内在逻辑的考虑,仅是“问题导向”式设计制度,易造成参与国际经济治理面临制度瓶颈,消除经济治理制度短缺、提高经济治理制度的质量,是大力推进中国参与国际经济治理的关键。
