众所周知,人力资源属于重要资源之一,同样也是企业获取成功的最基础资源。在新时代背景下,人力资源的宗旨就是要充分展现以人为本,并且对其进行全面管理与开发。现阶段,全球经济呈现出一体化的发展趋势,而知识则成为企业竞争方面的重要资本,人力资源也是企业自身实力的真实象征,进而为企业后期的竞争提供一定的平台。为此,在企业生产方面,人力资源的作用十分重要,并且对其未来的发展具有极大影响。为此,文章针对企业人力资源管理与开发问题展开了详细地讨论,旨在提高企业对人力资源的重视程度。
As we all know, human resources are one of the important resources, which are also the most basic resources for the success of enterprises. In the new era background, the purpose of human resources is to fully demonstrate people-oriented, and to conduct a comprehensive management and development. At this stage, the global economy shows an integrated trend of development, while knowledge has become an important capital in the competition of enterprises.
