随着改革开放的不断深化,地勘单位职工的价值取向和行为选择方式,都发生了深刻变化。在群众中流传多年的“车钳铣没法比”的光荣感,如今变成了几等人中的“末等人”技工的学习、钻研兴趣明显下降,技能普遍呈下降趋势。如不迅速扭转,任何改革措施都很难收到预期的效果。加强职工教育,提高职工的技术素质,已经成为地勘单位生存和发展的重要条件。
With the continuous deepening of reform and opening up, profound changes have taken place in the value orientation and behavior selection methods of staff and workers in geological exploration units. The glorious feeling of “car-leg milling” that has been circulating among the masses for many years has now become a study of the “last-class” mechanics among a few other people. Their interest in studying has dropped remarkably and their skills have generally declined. If not quickly reversed, any reform measures are difficult to receive the desired results. Strengthening staff education and improving the technical quality of workers has become an important condition for the survival and development of geological exploration units.
