以固定床气化炉为反应器、秸秆成型燃料为原料、纯氧为气化介质,通过改变进氧气量来调节气化当量比,试验研究高当量比(0.31~0.40)对气化结果的影响。发现随着当量比的增加,气化反应温度逐渐升高、碳转化率和气体产率逐渐增加、产出气热值逐渐降低、产出气中焦油含量逐渐降低。试验结果表明:高当量比生物质氧气气化的方法可行;通过增大当量比的方法提高反应温度,可有效降低产出气中的焦油含量。
Using fixed-bed gasifier as reactor, straw-forming fuel as raw material and pure oxygen as gasification medium, the gasification equivalence ratio was adjusted by changing the amount of oxygen into the gas. The experimental results showed that the high equivalence ratio (0.31 ~ 0.40) influences. It was found that with the increase of equivalence ratio, the gasification temperature gradually increased, the carbon conversion rate and gas yield gradually increased, the calorific value of produced gas gradually decreased, and the tar content in produced gas decreased gradually. The experimental results show that the method of gasification with higher equivalent weight than biomass oxygen is feasible. Increasing the reaction temperature by increasing the equivalent ratio can effectively reduce the tar content in the produced gas.
