互联网语境下的当代中国出版业,面临着一系列变革和挑战。而出版业最令人诟病的就是职业的社会认同度逐渐走低。表面现象为社会效益的高溢出和劳动力市场支付价格低水准的矛盾,深层次看,是出版产业对人力资源价值认知度严重不够。作为思想学术资源产品化的创意型企业,思想和创意的源头是人。因此,切实做好人才的发现、使用,并做好相应的资源配置,是当代中国出版企业无法回避的重要命题。
Contemporary Chinese publishing industry under the Internet context is facing a series of changes and challenges. The publishing industry is the most criticized is that occupational social recognition gradually lower. The superficial phenomenon is the contradiction between high spillover of social benefits and the low price paid by the labor market. At a deeper level, the recognition of the value of human resources in the publishing industry is not enough. As a creative enterprise with thought academic resources, the source of ideas and ideas is people.
