目的 :研究右冠状动脉在轴位X线造影上的正常形态、行径、和分布规律。方法 :9例新鲜心脏标本的右冠状动脉注入造影铸型剂后 ,对其进行多方位多角度投照 ,并与相应方位铸型标本对比分析。结果 :正位时 ,右冠状动脉分支清楚 ;左前斜位时 ,随着角度增大 ,右冠状动脉主干逐渐伸展 ;右前斜位 40°以内时 ,分支显示清楚 ,但随着角度增大 ,右冠状动脉主干重叠明显 ;当影像增强器由头倾位向足倾位旋转时 ,右冠状动脉主干逐渐伸展。结论 :左前斜位 40°~ 6 0°、正位 +头倾 2 0°适合观察右冠状动脉主干近段 ;左侧位适合观察右冠状动脉主干中段 ;右前斜位 2 0°~ 40°、正位适合观察右冠状动脉的主要分支 ;左前斜位 30° +足倾 2 0°适合观察右冠状动脉主干全段。
Objective: To study the normal morphology, behavior and distribution of right coronary artery in axial X-ray. Methods: Nine cases of fresh heart specimens were injected into the right coronary artery with contrast casting agent, which were then put under multi-angle and multi-angle projection and compared with the corresponding castings. Results: In the anterior position, the branch of the right coronary artery was clear; when the left anterior oblique position, the trunk of the right coronary artery gradually extended with the increase of the angle; when the right anterior oblique position was within 40 °, the branch showed clearly, but with the increase of the angle Coronary artery trunk overlap significantly; when the image intensifier from the head tilt to full tilt rotation, the right coronary artery trunk gradually extended. Conclusion: Left anterior oblique 40 ° ~ 60 °, anteroposterior + 20 ° tilting is suitable for observing the proximal segment of the right coronary artery. The left posterior segment is suitable for observing the middle part of the right coronary artery. The right anterior oblique 20 ° ~ 40 °, Anteroposterior for the observation of the main branch of the right coronary artery; left anterior oblique 30 ° + foot 20 ° suitable for observing the whole segment of the right coronary artery.
