基质细胞衍生因子1(SDF-1)及其受体CXCR4所构成的SDF-1/CXCR4轴生物效应的研究近些年来进展迅速,其在肿瘤发生及发展中起重要作用,并与髓外白血病密切相关。本文就SDF-1及其受体CXCR4在白血病细胞中的表达,SDF-1/CXCR4轴与髓外白血病的关系的研究进展加以综述。
Studies on the biological effects of SDF-1 / CXCR4 axis composed of SDF-1 and its receptor CXCR4 have progressed rapidly in recent years and play an important role in tumorigenesis and development and have been associated with extra-cellular leukemia closely related. This article reviews the research progress of the relationship between the expression of SDF-1 and its receptor CXCR4 in leukemia cells and the relationship between SDF-1 / CXCR4 axis and extramedullary leukemia.
