学业导师制起源于英国的“导师制”,在我国本科院校导师制的基础上,结合职业院校教学育人特点,经过了不断的改革与探索,目前已经成为一种比较符合职业人才培养的教育管理模式.在“三全育人”的战略性方针背景下,医学高职院校中的医学技术类专业实行学业导师制,有利于形成高效、多元的创新育人机制.
“三全育人”背景下医学技术专业学业导师育人工作初探——以眼视光技术专业为例

目的:分析深度浸润型子宫内膜异位症(DIE)的MRI表现,提高诊断的准确性.方法:回顾性分析25例深度浸润型子宫内膜异位症患者临床和MRI检查资料,采用Kappa一致性检验比较术中所见与MRI表现.结果:25例DIE患者中病灶种植于子宫直肠窝19例,子宫骶骨韧带、圆韧带11例,直肠、乙状结肠13例,腹直肌1例.病灶种植于腹膜、圆韧带、子宫骶骨韧带、腹直肌,MRI评估与临床术中所见一致性较好(Kappa值≥0.75),病灶种植于子宫直肠窝一致性一般(Kappa值=0.56),病灶种植于肠道(直肠、乙状结肠)
