新研制的电加热空心抽油杆驱动螺杆泵装置采用空心杆驱动螺杆泵,抗扭承载能力比相同横截面积的实心杆增大近1倍。通过向空心杆内孔下入整体电缆,经终端器使电缆和空心杆内壁构成回路,利用交流电的集肤效应原理使杆壁发热,进而加热油管内原油,达到防止油管内壁结蜡,增加原油流动性,降低杆柱承受的摩擦扭矩及防止杆柱断脱之目的。试验和应用情况证明,这种装置具有加热段长、加热均匀和加热功率可调等特点,特别适合于开采高粘、高凝和高含蜡原油。
