随着时代的发展,人们对服务质量越来越重视,对自己的健康也有着新的观念。各个企业为了能够在日益激烈竞争的新时代中有一片自己的立足之地,都在不断的提高自己的服务质量,满足人们的需求。医院作为人们健康的保障,服务质量的集中体现,成为了当今人们关注的重点,更需要提高自己的服务水平。本文主要从住院部的环境卫生、医疗服务质量、补救措施等方面来讲述如何提高服务质量,树立住院部良好的社会形象。
With the development of the times, people pay more and more attention to the quality of service and also have new ideas about their own health. In order to be able to have their own foothold in the new era of increasingly fierce competition, all enterprises are constantly improving their service quality and meeting people’s needs. Hospital as a guarantee of people’s health, the concentrated expression of service quality has become the focus of today’s people, but also need to improve their service levels. This article mainly tells how to improve the quality of service and how to establish a good social image of inpatient department from the aspects of environmental health, quality of medical service and remedial measures in inpatient department.
