建立了磨削温度场的计算机仿真系统 ,实现了对磨削温度场的预测及优化。利用该仿真系统对干式和湿式磨削温度场进行了仿真并得出三维等温图 ,为研究各加工参数对磨削温度场的影响提供了理论依据。
The computer simulation system of grinding temperature field is established, which realizes the prediction and optimization of grinding temperature field. The simulation system was used to simulate the temperature field of dry and wet grinding and the three-dimensional isothermal map was obtained, which provided a theoretical basis for studying the influence of processing parameters on the grinding temperature field.
