目前,我国盐行业大多数单位是国有独资企业、长期按照计划经济方式运行、并面临社会转型的大环境,盐业职工早已习惯了在原有的经济体制下工作、生活,思想单纯、看问题单一、市场经济适应能力不强、存在改革焦虑症,因此,发展盐业经济、提高职工自身能力、维护稳定、促进改革成为摆在各级盐业部门面前的急迫性课题。盐业工会作为党联系职工群众的桥梁和纽带,此时此刻不应该、也不能缺位,而应该挺身而出,发挥稳定器、调节器
At present, most units in China’s salt industry are wholly state-owned enterprises that operate in a planned economy mode for a long time and face the general environment of social transformation. Workers in the salt industry have long been accustomed to working and living under the existing economic system and have simple ideas. Therefore, developing the economy of salt industry, improving employees’ own ability, maintaining stability, and promoting reform have become urgent issues facing salt industry departments at all levels. As a bridge and link between the party and the workers and the masses, the salt trade union should not and should not be absent at this moment, but should step forward and play the role of stabilizer and regulator
