寄生虫感染大多伴有抗原的慢性释放,可刺激产生抗体,并形成循环免疫复合物(CIC)。CIC已发现于多种蠕虫病,如血吸虫病、旋毛虫病、蟠尾丝虫病等。本文报道了棘球蚴病时人体内的CIC,并估价了复合物,包虫囊肿发生的部位以及产生抗体之间的关系。病人于治疗前采血,血清在-30℃存放。检测病人血清中的CIC采用Zubler等(1976)~(125)碘Clq结合的方法,结果是以Clq结合活性的百分率高于4.4%为阳性,同时用
