目前,我国现有的水泥混凝土路面,有相当一部分已接近或超过设计年限,有的虽未达到设计年限,但由于交通量剧增,汽车轴载日益重型化及设计、施工等方面的原因,导致路面损坏,使用品质下降,影响了道路的使用功能,急需改造、修复路况。与沥青路面相比,水泥混凝土路面的修复比较困难,可采用的大修措施有三种:加铺沥青混凝土面层、加铺新水泥混凝土面层和翻修。由于沥青加铺层能有效地改善旧水泥路面的使用性能,同时充分利用旧水泥路面,造价低,施工方便,且对交通、环境影响小,因此在国内外旧水泥路面改造工程中应用最多。然而沥青加铺层中迅速发展的反射裂缝将影响加铺层的使用寿命,如何控制反射裂缝产生的时间和扩展的速度至今仍是一道难题。在此介绍了旧水泥混凝土面层之上加铺新的水泥混凝土面层的有关技术。
