使用臥式轉爐吹炼銅冰銅正式投入生产,在我国炼銅史上还是最近几年的事;而关于小型臥式轉爐在銅冰銅的吹炼方面的应用,国內外也很少有資料可資查考。我厂经过几年的工业生产实践,在苏联专家的指导下,小型臥式轉爐的生产已走上了正軌,不仅在爐子部分結构上反复进行了修改,更重要的是在技术操作方面有了较大的改进。单位爐产量在相同冰銅品位条件下,比原設計提高了45%,而爐子寿命若以1955年100爐次来比较則提高3倍多。根据我国銅矿資源的分布情况来看,应用中小型臥式轉爐进行銅冰銅的吹炼,是一个发展方向。为了互相交流经验,現将我厂2×3.28米臥式轉爐的技术操作情况介紹如下。
