目的评价经腔内(阴道或直肠)三维超声成像对子宫畸形的诊断价值。方法选择先天性子宫畸形中经临床手术证实或MRI进一步确诊且资料完整的69例病例,将其腔内二维及三维声像特征及结果进行对照。结果二维、三维超声诊断子宫畸形的符合率分别为72.5%(50/69)、97.1%(67/69)。各种类型子宫畸形在经腔内三维超声表现中各有其特点,能定性诊断子宫畸形。结论经腔内三维超声成像可准确地显示子宫冠状面及宫腔内膜形态,是诊断子宫畸形的首选方法。
Objective To evaluate the diagnostic value of transvaginal (vaginal or rectal) three-dimensional ultrasonography for uterine malformations. Methods Sixty-nine cases with confirmed congenital uterine malformations or confirmed by clinical operation or MRI were selected and their 2D and 3D acoustic features and results were compared. Results The coincidence rates of two-dimensional and three-dimensional ultrasound in diagnosis of uterine malformation were 72.5% (50/69) and 97.1% (67/69) respectively. Various types of uterine malformations in the intracavitary three-dimensional ultrasound has its own characteristics, to qualitative diagnosis of uterine malformations. Conclusions Three-dimensional intracavitary ultrasound imaging can accurately display the uterine coronal and uterine endometrial morphology, is the preferred method of diagnosis of uterine malformations.
