NB/T47015-20ll《压力容器焊接规程》与JB/T4709《钢制压力容器焊接规程》相比有了很大变化。不仅增加了新的内容,而且对一些母材的分类、分组及PWHT温度进行了调整,使之和ASME规范接轨,但仍存在一些问题。由于ASME规范中材料、制造、焊评各卷存在矛盾,并且与我国材料体系没有对等关系,完全按照ASME调整材料的分类、分组和规定PWHT最低温度并不合理,也不符合产品实际服役工况。1焊接预热和后热1.1焊接预热温度NB/T47014《承压设备焊接工艺评定》对JB4708《钢制压力容器焊接工艺评定》的母材分类、分组进行了调整,预热温度也有明显变化,基本和ASME—
NB / T47015-20ll “pressure vessel welding procedures” and JB / T4709 “steel pressure vessel welding procedures” has changed a lot.
