本文应用动态心电图分析了34例抗心律失常药致室性心律失常。提示:Ic类抗心律失常药致室性心律失常作用较强(20/34)。当左室射血分数降低(LVEF<40%),合并应用利尿剂及/或地高辛时致心律失常作用尤为常见。
In this paper, 34 cases of arrhythmia induced by ventricular arrhythmia were analyzed by Holter monitoring. Tip: Ic antiarrhythmic drugs induced ventricular arrhythmias stronger (20/34). When left ventricular ejection fraction decreases (LVEF <40%), arrhythmias are particularly common when diuretics and / or digoxin are used in combination.
