近年来,关于阻断食管上皮增生癌变的药物及现场食管上皮重度增生患者的阻断性治疗,已有一些报道。维生素甲和维生素甲酸对于肿瘤的防治作用,已有许多报告。但因它们毒副作用大,较难用于临床和现场。本院药研所合成了一系列低毒性的维生素甲酸的酰胺和酯衍生物,其中一些已被证明有抑制小鼠前胃上皮增生癌变作用。本文验证另三种新的维生素甲酸(简称继甲酸)衍生物。
In recent years, blocking drugs on esophageal epithelial hyperplasia and on-site esophageal hyperplasia in patients with blocking therapy, there have been some reports. Vitamin A and vitamin formic acid for the prevention and treatment of cancer, there have been many reports. But because of their toxic side effects, more difficult to use in clinical and on-site. Our institute has synthesized a series of low-toxicity amide and ester derivatives of vitamin formic acid, some of which have been shown to inhibit the carcinogenesis of mouse anterior gastric epithelial hyperplasia. This article verifies the other three new vitamin formic acid (referred to as the following formic acid) derivatives.
