为探明啤酒大麦优质高产栽培氮肥施用技术,在配施磷肥的前提下,2003~2004年研究了不同氮肥运筹对啤酒大麦扬农啤2号群体质量、产量和籽粒蛋白质含量的影响。结果表明,在基穗肥比相同时,随着施氮量的增加,扬农啤2号有效穗数、叶面积指数、群体干物质积累量和籽粒蛋白质含量随之增加;在同一施氮水平下,氮肥用量后移,扬农啤2号越冬期苗数、返青期苗数、最高茎蘖数、有效穗数均呈下降的趋势,成穗率、千粒重和籽粒蛋白质含量均呈上升趋势;综合考虑大麦群体质量、产量及籽粒蛋白质含量等指标,在本试验条件下,啤酒大麦扬农啤2号一生施纯氮225 kg/hm2,同时基穗肥比为8∶2时,籽粒产量最高,达到6 499.95 kg/hm2,且籽粒蛋白质含量符合酿酒业标准。
