目的 :观察复方黄芪饮对老龄小白鼠学习记忆功能影响及其作用机制。方法 :采用自然衰老小白鼠作为模型 ,观察该方对老龄小白鼠学习记忆功能及记忆再现功能影响 ,并活体检测老年小白鼠的局部脑血流量(rCBF),大脑皮质的乙酰胆碱(Ach)和脑尾核的多巴胺含量。结果 :复方黄芪饮可明显提高小白鼠学习记忆功能及记忆再现功能 ,改善老年小白鼠的局部脑血流量(rCBF) ,提高大脑皮质的乙酰胆碱(Ach)和脑尾核的多巴胺含量。结论 :复方黄芪饮可改善小白鼠学习记忆功能 ,其作用机制与该方能提高脑血流量、调节相关神经递质含量有关
Objective : To observe the effect of compound Huangqiyin on learning and memory function of aged mouse and its mechanism. METHODS: The natural aging mice were used as a model to observe the effects of this prescription on learning and memory function and memory reproduction of aged mice, and the local cerebral blood flow (rCBF), cerebral cortex acetylcholine (Ach) and brain were measured in vivo in aged mice. The dopamine content of the caudate nucleus. RESULTS: Compound Huangqiyin can significantly improve learning and memory function and memory reproduction function of mice, improve regional cerebral blood flow (rCBF) in elderly mice, and increase dopamine content in acetylcholine (Ach) and caudate nucleus of cerebral cortex. Conclusion :Compound prescription Huangqiyin can improve learning and memory function in mice. Its mechanism of action is related to the increase of cerebral blood flow and the regulation of related neurotransmitters.
