本试验以B5、MS为基本培养基,设立不同的激素配比,进行茎尖直接分化效果的比较.分别筛选出适合B5和MS培养基的最佳激素配比,并对两种培养基配方加以比较,初步选定MS培养基附加IAA 0.025mg/L和6-BA 1.0mg/L为最佳的茎尖直接分化培养基,其绿苗繁殖频率可达475%,初步建立了以茎尖为外植体的纤维亚麻直接分化再生系统,与以往的下胚轴再生分化系统相比绿苗繁殖频率明显提高.“,”The factors influencing the direct differentiation of flax stem-tip including different media(B5,MS) and different hormone composition were studied.It was selected that best hormone composition on suiting B5 and MS medium,and effect was compared between two medium.The results indicated that the percentage of stem-tip direct differentiation in MS was greater than B5 media.Elementary selected MS media was the best stem-tip direct differentiation,addition IAA 0.025mg/L and 6-BA 1.0mg/L.The percentage of shoot inducement reached 475%.Initial set up a new flax direct differentiation regenerational systems that stem-tip for the explant,compared with the earlier hypocotyl regeneration systems,division multiple of the green plant breeding improved.
