1概况黑河金盆水利枢纽是西安市工业和居民生活用水的主要水源工程,溢洪洞位于大坝右岸,为特大高速无压隧洞,由进口引渠段、溢流闸室段、陡坡段、反弧段、平流段和出口挑流鼻坎等组成。整个隧洞的开挖分4个工作面:进口和出口、平流段工作面用汤姆诺克206t全液压双臂凿岩台车和LM500C露天液压钻机爆破开挖、造孔锚固;陡坡段、反弧段工作面利用1号(上游)、2号(下游)施工支洞相向开挖。
1 Overview The Heihe Jinpen Water Control Project is the main water source project for industrial and residential water use in Xi’an. The spillway tunnel is located on the right bank of the dam. It is a large-scale high-pressure non-pressured tunnel. It consists of an inlet guide channel, Anti-arc section, advection section and exit nose ridge and other components. Excavation of the entire tunnel is divided into four face: import and export, Pingliu face with Tomnock 206t hydraulic double-arm rock drilling rig and LM500C open-air hydraulic drill blasting excavation, hole anchoring; steep slope section, anti-arc Segment face using No. 1 (upstream), No. 2 (downstream) construction branch hole excavation.
