每天喝几杯茶适量喝茶必须适量,切忌贪多贪浓。正常人,特别是中老年人,每天4~5杯为宜。茶水以淡为好。喜欢喝浓茶的人,每天以喝1~2杯中等浓茶为佳。饮茶过多,体内水分过多会增加心、肾负担。茶水的温度怎样掌握不宜喝过热、烫嘴的茶,否则会对咽喉、食道和胃造成强刺激,可能引起这些器官的黏膜病变。也不宜喝冷茶和冲泡过久的茶,因为冷茶对身体有寒滞、聚痰等副作用。茶泡多久为好?乌龙茶冲泡两分钟左右,冲泡太长时间或是过夜的茶有效成分会大为降低,茶水中有害微生物会增多。碧螺春冲泡时,先倒开水再放茶叶,泡两三分钟即可。
