目的研究油茶叶中的化学成分。方法运用多种色谱法进行分离纯化,通过理化性质和波谱数据分析以及和对照品对照进行结构鉴定。结果从油茶叶分离并鉴定了10个化合物,分别鉴定为:羽扇豆烷醇(1)、1-(3′,5′-二甲氧基)苯基-2-(4″-羟基)苯基乙烷(2)、齐墩果酸(3)、胡萝卜苷(4)、山柰酚(5)、山柰酚-3-O-(2″,6″-二-O-反式-对-羟基桂皮酰基)-β-D-葡萄糖苷(6)、槲皮素(7)、槲皮素-3-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷(8)、槲皮素-3-O-β-D-半乳糖苷(9)、槲皮素-3-O-α-L-鼠李糖苷(10)。结论化合物1-6、8、9均为首次从油茶叶中分离得到,其中化合物2为首次从山茶属中分离得到。
Objective To study the chemical composition of Camellia oleifera leaves. Methods The compounds were separated and purified by a variety of chromatographic methods. Their structures were identified by physical and chemical properties and spectroscopic data analysis and comparison with control samples. Results Ten compounds were isolated from Camellia oleifera and identified as lupine alkanol (1), 1- (3 ’, 5’-dimethoxy) phenyl-2- (2), oleanolic acid (3), daucosterol (4), kaempferol (5), kaempferol-3-O- (6), quercetin (7), quercetin-3-O-β-D-glucoside (8), quercetin-3-O- β-D-galactoside (9) and quercetin -3-O-α-L-rhamnoside (10) .CONCLUSION Compounds 1-6, 8 and 9 were isolated from Camellia oleifera for the first time, Compound 2 was isolated from camellia for the first time.
