采用原癌基因Bcl-2、P21及抑癌基因P53、Rb蛋白4种抗体,用ABC免疫组织化学方法对40例脑星形胶质瘤组织作免疫组化染色.结果发现:Bcl-2及P53基因表达在Ⅰ~Ⅳ级胶质瘤中阳性率有显著性差异,而且染色强度也有明显差异.P21、Rb基因表达在Ⅰ~Ⅳ级胶质瘤中呈上升趋势,但仅在Ⅰ~Ⅲ级、Ⅰ~Ⅳ级之间有明显差异.可以认为:Bcl-2、P53、P21、Rb在胶质瘤的发生中发挥一定的作用,尤其是Bcl-2、P53基因,这些基因蛋白的表达与胶质瘤恶性程度有关.测定胶质瘤中的Bcl-2、P53、P21、Rb蛋白对于胶质瘤的诊断、鉴别诊断以及判断肿瘤的恶性程度与预后均有一定意义.
The immunohistochemical staining of 40 cases of brain astrocytoma was performed with ABC immunohistochemistry using four antibodies against oncogene Bcl-2, P21 and tumor suppressor genes P53 and Rb. The results showed that the expression of Bcl-2 and P53 gene in grade I-IV gliomas was significantly different, and the staining intensity was also significantly different. The expression of P21 and Rb genes showed an upward trend in grade I-IV gliomas, but there were significant differences between grades I-III and grades I-IV. It can be considered that Bcl-2, P53, P21, and Rb play a role in the development of gliomas, especially the Bcl-2 and P53 genes. The expression of these genes is related to the degree of malignancy of gliomas. The determination of Bcl-2, P53, P21 and Rb proteins in gliomas is of significance in the diagnosis and differential diagnosis of gliomas and in judging the malignancy and prognosis of gliomas.
