我国加入WTO后,中小企业与国际市场进一步接轨,由于规模和实力与大企业无法抗衡,在发展中遇到了很多的挫折和困境,导致一些中小企业为求短期利益而轻视对人与环境的关注,最终企业走向灭亡。本文通过对我国中小企业社会责任现状的分析,指出了中小企业只有以对社会负责的理念和方式创造价值,才能在激烈的市场竞争中立于不败之地,实现经济效益和社会效益双赢的局面。
After China’s accession to the WTO, SMEs have become more closely integrated with the international market. Due to the scale and power incompatibility with large enterprises, many difficulties and difficulties have been encountered in the development of SMEs. As a result, some SMEs have ignored their concern for people and the environment for short-term benefits , The ultimate business to perish. Through analyzing the current situation of social responsibility of SMEs in our country, this paper points out that only by creating ideas and methods that SMEs can be responsible for, can they win an invincible position in the fierce market competition and achieve a win-win situation between economic and social benefits .
