正确地选择亲本和尽早地确认优良组合是杂交育种工作成败的关键。育种实践告诉我们,亲本的优良性状与杂交后代的相应表现,并不一定有直接的、必然的联系。但是,亲本配合力的高低则可作为杂交育种亲本选配的主要依据。因此,高配合力亲本的选配和鉴定对杂交育种(包括优势利用)具有重要意义。 甜菜配合力的研究,近年已有报导。本试验以不完全双列杂交法,对两套甜菜亲本(n_1=4、n_2=11)共15个不同品系组配的n_1n_2=44个F_1组合的4个主要性状,进行了配合力的测算。本文通过优良亲本系的评选和较好组合的确定,进而分析和讨论了一般配合力和特殊配合力之间及总配合力与杂种性状之间的关系,以便为甜菜育种工作提供参考。 Proper selection of parents and confirmation of good combinations as early as possible are key to the success or failure of crossbreeding. Breeding practice tells us that the excellent traits of parents and the corresponding performance of hybrids do not necessarily have a direct and necessary relationship. However, the level of parental combining ability can be used as the main basis for the selection of parents for crossbreeding. Therefore, the selection and identification of high-combining parents is of great significance to hybrid breeding (including the superior utilization). The research on the combining ability of beet has been reported in recent years. In this study, four main traits of n_1n_2 = 44 F_1 combinations of 15 different lines of two sugar beet parents (n_1 = 4, n_2 = 11) were obtained by incomplete diallel cross method. The combining ability was calculated . In this paper, through the selection of excellent parental lines and the determination of better combinations, the relationships between general combining ability and special combining ability, and the total combining ability and the characters of hybrids were analyzed and discussed in order to provide references for the breeding of sugar beet.
