目的 :研究外周血双色荧光原位杂交 (D- FISH )在慢性粒细胞性白血病 (CML )患者干扰素治疗效果监测方面的应用价值。方法 :用 D- FISH方法对 18例 CML患者干扰素治疗前后的外周血 36份样本进行 bcr/ abl融合基因检测 ,并且与骨髓 D- FISH方法检测的结果进行比较。结果 :治疗后外周血间期核细胞中 bcr/ abl融合基因的检出率较治疗前有所下降 ,并且外周血中的检出率比同一患者骨髓中的检出率要低。结论 :D- FISH方法可以简便、灵敏、可靠地对 CML患者干扰素治疗前后的外周血进行疗效监测 ,使得从取材上更加方便
Objective: To investigate the value of peripheral blood bi-color fluorescence in situ hybridization (D-FISH) in monitoring the effect of interferon treatment in patients with chronic myelogenous leukemia (CML). Methods: The bcr / abl fusion gene was detected by D-FISH in 36 samples of peripheral blood from 18 CML patients before and after interferon treatment, and compared with the result of bone marrow D-FISH assay. Results: The detection rate of bcr / abl fusion gene in peripheral blood mononuclear cells decreased after treatment, and the detection rate in peripheral blood was lower than that in the same patient. Conclusion: The D-FISH method can be used to monitor the curative effect of peripheral blood before and after interferon treatment in CML patients easily, sensitively and reliably, making it more convenient
