目的对按中国药典2010年版第一增补本方法配制和标定的四苯硼钠滴定液(0.02 mol·L?1)浓度进行不确定度评定。方法通过对不确定度来源分析,建立测量模型,对标定过程中各不确定度的分量进行分析评估。结果通过计算各变量的不确定度分量,得到本次标定浓度的相对标准不确定度为4.46×10?3,合成标准不确定度为8.9×10?5 mol·L?1,扩展不确定度U=0.000 18 mol·L?1,k=2。结论建立了四苯硼钠滴定液浓度的测量不确定度评定方法,通过分析评估各分量不确定度的大小而明确测量不确定度的主要因素,优化实验条件使测定结果更加可靠准确。
OBJECTIVE To evaluate the uncertainty of the concentration of sodium tetraphenylborate (0.02 mol·L -1) prepared and calibrated according to the first edition of Chinese Pharmacopoeia (2010 edition). Methods By analyzing the sources of uncertainty, the measurement model was established and the components of each uncertainty in the calibration process were analyzed and evaluated. Results By calculating the uncertainty components of each variable, the relative standard uncertainty of this calibration concentration was 4.46 × 10 3 and the standard uncertainty of synthesis was 8.9 × 10 -5 mol·L -1. The extended uncertainty U = 0.000 18 mol·L -1, k = 2. Conclusion The method for evaluating the uncertainty of the concentration of sodium tetraphenylborate titration solution was established. The main factors of measuring the uncertainty were determined by analyzing and assessing the uncertainty of each component. The optimization of the experimental conditions made the determination more reliable and accurate.
